HER MINX

So Minx Nails are pretty f'***ing awesome. All my clients are addicted. And I've been lucky enough to have gotten on the bandwaggon quite early and be one of the few places in LA that does them (not to mention I charge a lot less than the salons that do.)

As a nail artist, I do have some qualms. They are not "custom" like all of my other work is. I did not design, or hand paint the designs, like all the work I've become known for. And I don't think the Minx manufacturers have completely mastered the product (it has some flaws just like polish). But it can, plain and simple, give you 24K gold nails--like dipped in bling--which is pretty damn awesome.

So I still make Event Nails-for videos, photoshoots, lookbooks, and the daring fashionistas of the world. But I have brought MINX into my nail art repertoire, and they are a great, quick way to share the fabulousness of HER Nails with the ladies of Los Angeles.

And I will be debuting MINX toes during my pre-grammy appointments in Venice this Saturday, January 30 from 9-5pm. They will be at a special introductory rate of $45 or $70 for both nails and toes. They will normally be $50, or $80 for both.
